Living in the southern suburbs of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, I've watched cities across North Texas transform into destinations for entertainment, dining, business, and economic developement. Areas like Bishop Arts, Legacy West, Grapevine, The Epic in Grand Prairie, Forney, and Red Oak's new B&B Theatre continue to attract investment and attention.

At the same time, I see tremendous untapped potential throughout South Dallas County and neighboring suburban communities. While many people focus on what's happening north of Dallas, I believe the next chapter of growth may be found in the communities that are often overlooked.
